The WeatherOps app requires a subscription to WeatherOps Risk Mitigation services by WDT to function. This companion app is a valuable tool for enhancing an organization's risk mitigation process, supporting the protection of personnel and assets. It acts as a mobile command center, providing decision-makers with access to weather information based on their current location and assets managed through Commander. Users can easily add or remove assets, adjust thresholds, and stay informed while on the go. WeatherOps services cater to various industries such as energy, utilities, hospitality, large event venues, transportation, and more.

The latest version of WeatherOps (4.4) introduces several enhancements:

• Dynamic Planners support for company assets, displaying forecast variables color-coded by threshold
• Automatic radar display for multiple regions worldwide where data are available
• Support for US and European regional Thunderstorm/Rainfall and Winter Weather Daily Planners
• Atlantic Tropical Daily Planner support
• Heat index/wind chill display in current conditions (when applicable)
• App hints display on first launch
• "Forgot Password?" button added to the login screen
